     On 25 May 1814, a deed from Elijah Linton and Fosset (wife) to Iasiah Sterling was partly proved by the oaths of Thomas Fletcher and John Cutler witnesses thereto and was fully proved by Thomas Fletcher on 25 Jul 1814 (Acc Orders, 1812-1814, p. 413). Evidently, Elijah Linton was the deceased son of Nathan Linton Jr., for Nathan Linton Jr. named grandchildren, Elizah, Molly and Mickey B. Linton in his will of 1838. Elijah was born circa 1785 at Accomack Co, VA.1 He married Fassett 'Fosset' Sterling, daughter of Littleton Sterling and Mary 'Molly' (-----), on 7 April 1812 at Accomack Co, VA. Nathaniel Linton and Stephen Linton were securities on the M.L.B. of Elijah Linton and Fosset Sterling..2 Elijah sold land on 17 November 1813 at Saxis Island, Acc Co, VA. It was on this date that Elijah Linton & wife Foset sold 1/7 of 88 acres to Josiah Stearling for $100. It was on the south end of Sackes Island, bounded on the W & N by Pocomoke Sound, N & E by Absalom Lewis, and on the E & S by marsh of Thomas Fletcher. On 25 May 1814, a deed from Elijah Linton and Fosset (wife) to Iasiah Sterling was partly proved by the oaths of Thomas Fletcher and John Cutler witnesses thereto and was fully proved by Thomas Fletcher on 25 Jul 1814 (Acc Orders, 1812-1814, p. 413). Evidently, Elijah Linton was the deceased son of Nathan Linton Jr., for Nathan Linton Jr. named grandchildren, Elizah, Molly and Mickey B. Linton in his will of 1838..3 He married Hannah (-----) circa 1820.4 Elijah died before 7 November 1838. He was not named in the will of Nathan Linton, but his 3 children Elijah Linton, Mary Linton & Milkey B. Linton where named as grandchildren in the will of Nathan Linton..5

Wessells Sr. of Hallwood, died on 14 Sep 1960, aged 77 years. He was the son of the late Isaac & Margaret Wessells, born at Gargatha, 29 Sep 1882. He married Miss Margaret Groton in 1909. Survivors were listed (Pen. Ent., 22 Sep 1960). Ray was born on 29 September 1882 at Gargatha, Acc Co, VA.2 He married Margaret May Groten, daughter of John William Groten and Mary A. Northam, on 11 April 1909 at Parksley, Acc Co, VA.1 Ray was living in 1959 at Hallwood, Acc Co, VA.3 Ray died on 14 September 1960 at Hallwood, Acc Co, VA, at age 77.2 His body was interred at Groton's Cem, Hallwood, Acc Co, VA.4

Richardson on 24 February 1894 at Pocomoke City, Wor Co, MD.6 Samuel died on 14 July 1908 at age 77.1 His body was interred at Trader Plot, Mappsville, Acc Co, VA. Survivors included a wife, 3 sons, 1 daughter and 2 brothers, all of who were listed (E.S. News, 17 Jun 1932). Franklin was born in 1863.1 He married Georgianna 'Anna' Trader, daughter of Littleton Parker Trader and Sarah W. Stokes, in 1891.2 Franklin died on 11 June 1932 at Lakeland, FL.3 His body was interred at J.W. Taylor Cem, Temperanceville, Acc Co, VA.1

James Belote was security on the M.L.B. of Jesse Belote and Nancy Lewis of Thomas.2 Jesse was named in his brother's will on 20 June 1817 at Accomack Co, VA. He was shown as brother Jesse Belote, who should have none of my property, in the will of Walter Belote.1 He died before 30 July 1827 at Accomack Co, VA. It was on this date that administration on the estate of Jesse Belote was granted to Bennett W. Scarburgh with Leah Heath & George Melson securities.3
