Witt: Jonathan Stot, Nehemiah 'X' Stot, John Mackallon.1 He died before 13 January 1735/36 at Northampton Co, VA. It was on this date that his will was probated. Elijah Edmunds excepted against the devise of the lands given him. Jonathan Edmunds refused the executorship, and Elijah Edmunds qualified.1 He left land in 1736 at tract N93, Nassawadox-Willis Wharf, N'hamp Co, VA. It was in this year that David Edmonds (wife not named) left his land to his sons Elijah, Jonathan, David and Thomas. In some unexplained manner it all seems to have come into possession of Elijah. In 1751 Elijah (wife Tamar) mentioned no land in his will, but a son David apparently inherited. In 1785 David and Sinah Edmonds sold as 338 1/2 acres to Thomas Upshur Sr.3

     Owen Edmunds was born circa 1657 at Northampton Co, VA.1 He married Sarah (-----) circa 1680.1 Owen Edmunds bought land in 1683 at tract N93, Nassawadox-Willis Wharf, N'hamp Co, VA. It was in this year that John Michael of Accomack (tract A70) sold 500 acres to John Greene; he assigned to Owen Edmunds, to whom Michael gave a new deed. It was the south part above Brownsville Creek and extended westward along the north of tract N90. In 1697 Owen Edmonds (wife Sarah) left the home place in the neck to his son David and a balance of 150 acres to his daughter Ann.2 Owen made a will on 5 December 1696 at Northampton Co, VA. To my son David Edmonds the 350 A. plantation where I now live, and my handmill. To my dau. Ann Edmonds 150 A. joining upon Henry Stott's land and along the road. Son to be at age at 19, but in case his mother marries to be free at 16. Remaining moveable estate to be eq. div. by my beloved wife [no name] and my said two children. Wife extrx. Witt: Lawrence 'LT' Teigue, Thomas Teigue, John Walker.1 He died before 28 September 1697 at Northampton Co, VA. It was on this date that his will was probated. Sarah the widow refused to consent to the probate of the will.1

She was shown as Axy Bagge, the child of my son William Bagge by his first wife, in the will of Ann Bagge.1 She married Robins H. Mapp, son of Howson Mapp (II) and Elizabeth 'Betty' Thomas, on 23 September 1809 at Accomack Co, VA. Thomas Smith was the security on the M.L.B. of Robins Mapp and Achsah Bogg. They lived on a farm south of Wachapreague which Achsah had inherited..4,5 Achsah was listed with her husband in the census of in 1850 at St. George Parish, Acc Co, VA. She was shown as Acach Mapp, age 62 in HH#609 headed by Robins H. Mapp, a 68 year old farmer with real estate valued at $10,000..6 Achsah died on 27 October 1859 at age 72. The Acc Co death records show her as Axy Mapp, who died 27 Oct 1859 in Acc Co of consumption at the age of 73 years. She was the daughter of Wm. & Peggy Boggs(sic) (Bagge), born in Acc Co, a seamstress and wife of Robins H. Mapp, who gave the information..2,7 Her body was interred at Mapp Bur Gr, Old Tower, Acc Co, VA. Her tombstone shows her as Achsah B. Mapp, the wife of Robbins H.
