He was shown as Edward T. Colona, a 20 year old farmer, the son of William & Charlotte Colona and she was shown as Manie E.      George Thomas 'Tom' Stockley was born on 12 December 1906 at Accomack Co, VA. His father died the month before he was born.² George was listed with his mother in the census of 1910 at Pungoteague, Acc Co, VA. He was shown as G. Tom Stockley, a 3 year old grandson in HH#496 headed by Dr. John E. Mapp, M.D., age 65. Listed just above him was his mother Madeline L.M. Stockley, a 39 year old widow daughter of Dr. Mapp.³ George was listed with his mother in the census of 1920 at Farmville, Prince Edward Co, VA. He was shown as George T. Stockley a 13 year old son in HH#512 headed by Madeline L. Barrow, a 49 year old widow.⁴ He was shown as George Thomas Stockley in the 1927 University of Virginia, Corks & Curles Year Book, age 20, 1st year of college, from Keller, VA.¹ George was listed with his mother in the census of 1930 at Keller, Pungoteague, Acc Co, VA. He was shown as Tom Stockley a 23 year old single salesman (travel agent) son of Madeline Barrow, the 59 year old widowed head of HH#208.⁵ George adopted Harriett Bristow Stockley, who was born 24 Jul 1938. Harriett married George Shrieves, from Hunting Creek, who was a graduate of VMI and a retired Federal civil servant (Fitz Godwin). He died on 3 March 1970 at age 63.² George was buried at Quinby Cemetery, Quinby, Acc Co, VA. His tombstone shows him as G. Tom Stockley, 12 Dec 1906 - 3 Mar 1970.²

     Mary F. 'Manie' Stockley was born circa 1867 at Accomack Co, VA.² Mary was listed with her parents in the census of 1880 at Accomack Co, VA. She was shown as Manie F. Stockley, age 13 in a HH headed by Francis T. Stockely, age 38.² She died on 15 December 1889 at St. George Parish, Acc Co, VA. She was shown as Mary F. Stockley who died of consumption at the age of 22 years, 7 months, the daughter of Francis T. & Mary Stockley, born in Acc Co, an unmarried housekeeper. Her father gave the informaiton.¹

     Robert Thompson was born circa 1635.¹ He married Susanna (4) Andrews, daughter of Lt. Col. William (1) Andrews (I) and Susanna (-----), circa 1685.¹ Robert Thompson sold land on 28 July 1691 at Northampton Co, VA. It was on this date that Robert Tompson and Susaninka his wife late the wife of John Tyson dec'd and the extrx. of his last will (not found as Tyson) and Mathias Tyson son of the dec'd are joint grantors in a deed to Charles Parkes.¹ He died before 1 March 1702 at Northampton Co, VA. It was on this date that administration on the estate of Robert Tompson was granted to Susanna Tompson widow of the dec'd with Charles Floyd & John Henderson securities.²

     Mathias Tyson was born circa 1660 at Northampton Co, VA.¹ Mathias was named in his father's will on 1 March 1681 at Northampton Co, VA. He was shown as son Mathias Tice (Tyson?) in the will of John Mattison, planter, wife Susanna Tice (Tyson?).¹ He married Mary (-----) before 1691.² Mathias Tyson sold land on 28 July 1691 at Northampton Co, VA. It was on this date that Robert Tompson and Susaninka his wife late the wife of the dec'd and the extrx. of his last will (not found) and Mathias Tyson son of the dec'd are joint grantors in a deed to Charles Parkes. Whitelaw shows Mathias & Mary Tyson were on the deed and they were all of Accomack County.^2,3

     Claude Bundick Colonna was born on 23 September 1931 at Accomack Co, VA.¹ He died on 14 April 1992 at age 60.¹

     Josephus Colonna Charnock was born circa 1833 at Northampton Co, VA.³ Josephus was listed with another family in the census of in 1850 at St. George Parish, Acc Co, VA. He was shown as Joseph Charnock, a 17 year old laborer in HH#851 headed by Major D. Colonna, a 41 year old carpenter..³ He married Annice M.G. 'Anna' (-----) circa 1860.⁴ Josephus was listed as a head of household in the census of 1860 at Northampton Co, VA. He was shown as Jas. C. Charnick the head of HH#525, age 27 (no occupation shown). Listed with him were Anna M.G. Charnick, age 22 and Infant female Charnick, age 2/12.⁵ Josephus was listed as a head of household in the census of 1860 at Northampton Co, VA. He was shown as Joseph Charnick the head of HH#694, a 25 year old sailor. Listed with him were Anna Charnick, age 25 and Anna Charnick, age 4/12.⁵ Josephus was listed as a head of household in the census of 1870 at Franktown, N'hamp Co, VA. He was shown as Jos. Charnick head of HH#374, a 38 year old farmer. Listed with him were the following Charnick: Anna, a 30 year old house keeper; Alice, age 10 and at school; Alonzo, age 8 and at home; Hattie, age 6 and at home; Charles, age 4 and at home; and Fannie, age 1 and at home.⁴ He died in July 1912 at Wilsonia Neck, N'hamp Co, VA. He was shown as Josephus C. Charnock who died Monday at the age of 82. He was an old and respected citizen of Wilsonia Neck. He had been in feeble health for the past two or three years and practically helpless for several months. He is survived by wife and 6 children, Alonzo L., Walter R. C. Charnock and Mrs. James Ball, Mrs. Hattie Davis and Mrs. W. E. Guy, the later of Portsmouth, Va. - Taken to Portsmouth for interment in the family burial place (ESH 12 Jul 1912).⁶
