It was on this date that his will was probated. Since is was not witnessed, it was proved by Thomas Bloxom, John Ross. Deposition of Thomas Bloxom: That the foregoing will was written by him at the direction of the testator, and that the devise to Woodman Bloxom was not by his direction, but was desired so to do by Woodman who had the consent of the said Joseph for that purpose, as he told him, and that after he had wrote it he read it to the said Joseph who made no objection, but before he signed it the said Joseph was taken out of his senses and so remained while this deponent stayed. John Ross also deposed that he heard the said will read to the said testator. It is the opinion of the Court that the same is sufficiently proved, and ordered to be admitted to record.3
