I give and bequeath unto my said sons John & Barraud Tankard at my death my slaves Major, Peter, Jacob, Lett, Abel and Sabra. I give and bequeath to my daughter in law my gold sleeve buttons. I mean Ann Tankard the widow of my son George Tankard. I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Hussley forty dollars. My will and desire is that the rest & residue of my estate not heretofore given or devised away be disposed of in the following manner; one fifth part thereof I give and bequeath to Margaret Wyatt, one fifth part thereof I give and bequeath to Susan Garrison, one fifth part thereof give and bequeath to Mary Hursley, one fifth part thereof I give and bequeath to the children of my deceased son George Tankard. The remaining one fifth part I give and bequeath to the child of my daughter Hannah Lewer deceased. It is my will and desire that the money due me from William Wyatt the husband of my daughter Margaret Wyatt may be considered as so much and part satisfaction of the said Margaret's legacy in this will. It is my will and desire that the money due to me from Isaacker Lewer the husband of my deceased daughter Hannah be considered and taken to be in part satisfaction of the legacy herein given to the daughter of the said Hannah Lewer.
