In case my wife should die before my said grandson should come to lawful age I then give the use of said land to my son George Brickhouse until that time. I give to my son George Brickhouse my Negroes Joe & Luke after the death of my wife. I give to my grandson John Brickhouse my Negroes Old Daniel & Old Rachel after the death of my wife. To my grand daughter Polly N. Dunton one Negro James & Comfort and child Sarah. To my grand daughter Peggy Brickhouse my Negro Sam, Grace & Old Sarah. To my grand daughter Sally J. Nelson my Negroes Ben, Rachel & child Nelly. To my grandson John Brickhouse my Negro boy Henry. To my grandson George Brickhouse my Negro boy Zadock. I give all the remainder of my land to my son George Brickhouse provided he pay to my grand daughter Peggy Parker's children the sum of eight hundred dollars.
