     William was born on 5 January 1782 at Coventry Parish, Som Co, MD. He was shown as William McCredy, son of Isaac & Hannah, born 5 Jan 1782..¹ The connection of William McCready Sr. to the Somerset County McCready family identified in the Coventry Parish Record, is based on the fact that there was only one McCready in Acc Co before 1800. That was a James McCready who married Elizabeth Marshall in 1786, which would have been after William Sr.'s birth. James was also a witness to the will of Mary Delastatius written in 1789, which is the only McCready listed in Nottingham's Wills and Administrations (1663-1800). Mark C. Lewis' chart showning the descendants of Solomon McCready of Somerset County shows a William in the third generation, born 1782, which is the same (as best as I call tell) as that of William McCready Sr. in the Acc Census of 1810, 1820 and 1840. The assumption that James (b.c. 1805) and William Jr. (b.c. 1815) were the sons of William McCready Sr. and his wife Sarah Bunting is based on Acc Census of 1810, 1820, 1840, 1850 and 1860. There were no McCready families in the 1800 or 1830 Acc Census. According to the 1850 Census James was born in VA in 1805 and according to the 1860 Census he was born in VA in 1808. Going back to the 1810 Census, there were only 2 McCready families in Acc Co, Stephen and William "McCrady" of Acc Parish, both on page 86 of the original census. Stephen's family listed only himself (born 1784-94) and a white female (born 1765-1784). William's family listed himself (born 1765-1784) and a white male (born 1800-1810), which is assumed to be James. William's family also included two white females. One assumed to be his wife (born 1765-1784) and the other assumed to be a daughter (born 1800-1810). Going to the 1820 Census there is only one "McCready" family, that being William's of Acc Parish, on page 27 of the original census. This includes William himself (born 1775-1794), two white males (born 1810-1820) one of these is assumed to be James (b.c. 1810) and the other his brother William Jr. (born 1810-1820). The two white females (born 1775-1794 and 1810-1820) match the 1810 census ages of his wife and daughter. The 1840 Census, orginal page 22 for Acc Parish, shows William (born 1770-1780) and his wife (born 1780-1790) and his daughter (born 1800-1810) matching the dates given in the 1810 and 1820 Census. He married Sarah Bunting on 13 July 1804 at Accomack Co, VA. John Slocomb was the security on the M.L.B. of William McCready and Sarah Bunting..^2,3 He was listed as a resident in the census report in 1810 at Accomack Parish, Acc Co, VA.⁴ William was named in his father's will on 30 December 1810 at Somerset Co, MD. He was shown as son William in the will of Isaac McCready, wife Martha.⁵ He was listed as a resident in the census report in 1820 at Accomack Parish, Acc Co, VA.⁴ He married Lucretia 'Lureah or Lucy' Kelly, daughter of John Kelly, on 3 November 1828 at Accomack Co, VA. They were shown only as Isaac McCrady and Hannah Cearsly..³ Isaac was named in his brother's will on 9 June 1779 at Somerset Co, MD. He was shown as brother Isaac McCready in the will of John McCready, wife dec'd.⁴ Isaac was named in his father's will on 8 June 1782 at Somerset Co, MD. He was shown as son Isaac and given 100 acres called First Choice in the will of Solomon McCrady, wife Binny.⁵ He married Martha (-----) circa 1790.² Isaac made a will on 30 December 1810 at Somerset Co, MD. To sons Solomon and Isaac, William & John. To grandson Samuel McCready son of my eldest son Solomon, plantation and 1/2 of First Choice, 100 acres patent granted to Alexander McCready. To grandson Stephen, son of son Isaac, 1/2 of First Choice. To daughters Catherine Gibbons, wife of Samuel & Polly Hall wife of Jessee. Witt: George Riggin, Noah Riggin, George McCready. Then came Martha McCready widow of Isaac Sr. and claims her dower.² He died before 23 March 1819 at Somerset Co, MD. It was on this date that his will was probated.²

     Hannah was born circa 1750. She married Isaac McCready Sr., son of Solomon McCready and Benney (-----), on 13 April 1774 at Coventry Parish, Som Co, MD. They were shown only as Isaac McCrady and Hannah Cearsly..¹ As of 13 April 1774,her married name was McCready.¹

     Solomon was born circa 1720 at Somerset Co, MD.¹ He married Benney (-----) circa 1740.² Solomon McCready was named in the settlement of his father's estate on 27 August 1744 at Somerset Co, MD. It was on this date that Margarete McCready alias Worthylake, Extr of the estate of Alexander McCready, settled his estate by paying the following: the aforesaid widow, children Solomon, Isaac, Sarah, Rachel, Mary, Margaret, Esther, Jememia and Bonna McCready.¹ Solomon made a will on 8 June 1782 at Somerset Co, MD. To son Isaac 100 acres called First Choice. To wife Binny plantation where I live. To son Alexander land Matthews Adventure & 3 other pieces of land & to be Extr. To granddaughter Mary Randall McCrady. To daughter Nancy White. Witt: Benjamin Holland Matthews, Joseph Bell & William Moore.³ He died before 2 December 1783 at Somerset Co, MD.      Benney was born circa 1720. She married Solomon McCready, son of Alexander McCready and Margaret (-----), circa 1740.¹ Benney was named in her husband's will on 8 June 1782 at Somerset Co, MD. She was shown as wife Binny and given plantation where I live in the will of Solomon McCrady.²

     Nanny was born on 25 September 1755 at Somerset Co, MD. She was shown as Nanny McCready, daughter of Solomon & Benny..² As of circa 1775,her married name was White.³ She married Isaac White circa 1775.³ Nanny was named in her brother's will on 9 June 1779 at Somerset Co, MD. She was shown as my sister Nancy White in the will of John McCready, wife dec'd.⁴ Nanny was named in her husband's will on 27 May 1780 at Somerset Co, MD.      Mary was born on 23 January 1775 at Coventry Parish, Som Co, MD. She was shown as Mary Randell, duaghter of Alaxander & Sarah..¹ Mary was named in her uncle's will on 9 June 1779 at Somerset Co, MD. She was shown as neice Mary Randol daughter of my brother Alexander McCready.² She married John Riley Slocomb, son of Ryley Slocomb and Sarah Merrill, on 25 October 1796 at Worcester Co, MD. They were shown only as John Slocumb and Polly McCreddy. No other information was given..³

     Solomon was born on 5 May 1779 at Coventry Parish, Som Co, MD. He was shown as Soloman McCredy, son of Isaac & Hannah, born 5 May 1779..² He married Polly Carsey on 11 August 1807 at Somerset Co, MD.³ Solomon was named in his father's will on 30 December 1810 at Somerset Co, MD. He was shown as my eldest son Solomon in the will of Isaac McCready, wife Martha. He also named a grandson Samuel, son of my eldest son Solomon.⁴

     Isaac was born on 1 October 1784 at Coventry Parish, Som Co, MD. He was shown as Isaac McCredy, son of Isaac & Hannah, born 1 Oct 1784..¹ He married Gertrude 'Gatty' Riggin on 15 October 1808 at Somerset Co, MD.² Isaac was named in his father's will on 30 December 1810 at Somerset Co, MD. He was shown as my son Isaac in the will of Isaac McCready, wife Martha. He also named a grandson Stephen, son of my son Isaac.³

     Catherine was born on 13 March 1775 at Coventry Parish, Som Co, MD. She was shown as Catey McCrady, duaghter of Isaac & Hannah, born 13 Mar 1775..¹ As of circa 1800,her married name was Gibbons.² She married Samuel Gibbons circa 1800.² Catherine was named in her father's will on 30 December 1810. She was shown as daughter Catherine Gibbons wife of Samuel in the will of Isaac McCready, wife Martha.²

     Polly was born circa 1785. She married Solomon McCready, son of Isaac McCready Sr. and Hannah Cearsby, on 11 August 1807 at Somerset Co, MD.¹

     Gertrude was born circa 1785. She married Isaac McCready, son of Isaac McCready Sr. and Hannah Cearsby, on 15 October 1808 at Somerset Co, MD.¹

     Alice was born on 11 May 1884 at Accomack Co, VA.³ She married Millard Derant McCready, son of George Riley McCready Sr. and Sarah Ann Elizabeth Bell, on 3 December 1899 at Sanford, Acc Co, VA. He was shown as Millard McCready, a 22 year old oysterman, the son of George Riley & Eliz'th McCready and she was shown as Alice Onley, age 16, the daughter of J.R. & Sallie A. Onley..^4,2 Alice was on the in 1900 roll of the at Meth Ch, Sanford, Acc Co, VA.⁵ Alice was named in her mother's obituary on 10 May 1940 at Philadelphia, PA. She was shown as a daughter Mrs. Alice McCready of Philadelphia in the obituary of Sarah Ann Onley..⁶ Alice died on 29 March 1971 at age 86.³ Her body was interred at Groton's Cem, Hallwood, Acc Co, VA.³

Bundick..¹ George was living in January 1888 at Sanford, Acc Co, VA. Capt. George P. Bonnewell of Sanford is to command the sloop T.J. Hallock for dredging oysters in the Potomac River. She was lately purchased by Mr. C. Corbin of William S. Richardson of Maryland for $50 (Pen. Ent. 21 Jan 1888).. George was listed as a head of household in the census of in 1920 at Saxis Island, Acc Co, VA. He was the head of HH#354, a 61 year old oyster packer.      William was born circa 1675. He married Mary Hall, daughter of Charles Hall I and Alice 'Ellis' Lane, circa 1695.^1,2

     Randall was born in 1660 at Northampton Co, VA.² He married Sarah Ballard, daughter of Charles Ballard and Sarah (-----), on 1 October 1682 at Somerset Co, MD.³ He married Rachel Hall, daughter of Charles Hall I and Alice 'Ellis' Lane, on 9 June 1695 at Somerset Co, MD.^1,3 He married Elizabeth Jones, daughter of Samuel Jones, circa 1711.² Randall made a will on 13 April 1717 at Somerset Co, MD.⁴ Randall died before 18 June 1718 at Somerset Co, MD.⁴

     Randall was born circa 1613 at St. Michaels, Co Worcester, England.^1,2 He married Rebecca (-----) (widow Nichols) circa 1635.^3,4 Randall Revell was a Burgess from Northampton Co, VA in 1657-1658.⁵ He married Katherine Scarburgh, daughter of Capt. Edmund [1] Scarburgh (I) and Hannah Butler, in 1659 at Manokin, Som Co, MD.⁶ He made a will on 27 May 1685 at Somerset Co, MD.⁷ Randall died before 8 March 1686 at Somerset Co, MD.      Margaret was born circa 1700. She married William (28) Hall, son of Charles Hall II and Martha (13) Davis, circa 1720.¹

     Esther was born circa 1702.¹ She married Charles (27) Hall III, son of Charles Hall II and Martha (13) Davis, circa 1720.^2,3 Esther Curtis died circa 1760 at Somerset Co, MD.¹

     Robert was born on 11 August 1809 at Accomack Co, VA.² Robert was named in his his aunt's will on 24 August 1815 at Accomack Co, VA. His Aunt Peggy Hall left him a Negro boy David.³ He married Jane Henry Drummond, daughter of Spencer R. Drummond (III) and Susanna Elizabeth Fletcher, on 17 January 1837 at Accomack Co, VA. Charles Drummond was the security on the M.L.B. of Robert S. Hall and Jane H. Drummond of Spencer..^4,5 Robert was listed as a head of household in the census of in 1850 at Accomack Parish, Acc Co, VA. He was shown as Robert L. Hall, the head of HH#814, a 42 year old farmer.      Jane was born circa 1817 at Accomack Co, VA.³ She married Robert Lamb Hall, son of Thomas Spencer Hall Sr. and Rachel Elizabeth 'Betsy' Lamb, on 17 January 1837 at Accomack Co, VA. She died of childbirth at the age of 24 years. She was the daughter of Wm. Andrews of J. and Emeline. She was the wife of Wm. H. Hall. Her mother-in-law Sally gave the information..⁴

     Missouri was born on 25 December 1858 at Accomack Co, VA. Her tombstone shows 1857..¹ She married William Henry Hall, son of Thomas Spencer Hall Sr. and Sally Northam, on 1 February 1882 at Accomack Co, VA. He was a 28 year old widowed farmer and she was age 22 and single. They were married near the Sea Side by J. W. Hundley..² Missouri died on 14 December 1937 at Hallwood, Acc Co, VA, at age 78. Mrs. Missouri Tull, aged 80 years, wife of the late W. Henry Hall, died on 14 Dec 1937 at Hallwood. Services were conducted at the Hallwood Methodist Church on 16 Dec by Revs. R.F. Loss and Wilmer, with interment in the Parksley Cemetery. She was survived by 2 daughters, 3 sons, who were listed, and 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, who were not listed, and 1 step son, W.T. Hall (E.S. News, 24 Dec 1937)..³ Her body was interred at Parksley Cem, Acc Co, VA.⁴
