McLane, who lived in Hacks Neck during 1935. However, her brother John's 2nd marriage of 1878 to Mary S. Williams, age 33 in HH#1220 headed by James E. Williams, a 32 year old farmer.² Elizabeth was listed with her husband in the census of 1870 at Locust Mount, St. George's Parish, Acc Co, VA. She was shown as Elizabeth Williams, a 45 year old house keeper in HH#LM512 headed by James Williams, a 44 year old farmer.⁶ She died on 28 October 1888 at St. George Parish, Acc Co, VA. She was shown as Eliz. Williams, who died of dropsy at the age of 65 years. She was born in Acc Co and a widowed housekeeper. Her son John H. Williams gave the information.⁷
