In 1791 Zorobabel Kellam (wife Mary) left his home place on tract A45 "to my son Thomas in case he ever returns home, but if he does not return then to my son John Kellam for life and then to my grandson Thomas H. Kellam." In 1812 Thomas H. Kellam sold the original 130 aces to Thomas Ashby. While it was not traced further, the major part of the land later became owned by John S.
