Wallop's life estate in my Sea Side farm, including Mary H. Wallop's dower during his life & no longer, then to the poor as aforesaid. It is my will & desire that the house keepers within the bounds mentioned shall elect annually 3 men as trustees to superintend the business, in renting out, receiving rents & distributing the proceeds to the most needy & to exhibit a just account annually on the day of election, to be examined by the Court of Accomack County & to be accountable to the poor for any default in the business committed to them. My Negro woman Hester to be free at my death, Clarissa to be free if she will go away to some free state, her children are to serve John S. Wallop, the males until they are 25 & the females until they arrive at age 21 & then to be free. My other property to be divided by law.
