Sebastian was born circa 1680 at Accomack Co, VA. Sebastian was named in his grandfather's will on 26 February 1691 at Accomack Co, VA. He was shown as a grandson Sebastian Cropper in the will of Edmund Bowman, unnamed wife..1 Sebastian was named as a guardian on 3 April 1700 at Accomack Co, VA. It was on this date that it was ordered that Mr. William Martiall and Mr. George Parker meet at the house of Henry Allen to inventory and divide the estate of James Atkinson (deceased) into four parts: one for Henry Allen (in the right of his wife Elizabeth, widow of Atkinson) and one part for each of Atkinson's three children. The children's parts were to be committed to the custody of Sebastian Cropper, who was to be responsible for them till the children attained lawful age.2 Sebastian was named as a guardian on 4 June 1700 at Accomack Co, VA. It was on this date that Henry Allin had in his possession a pot and rug that Daniel Esham and his wife had given to Elizabeth, daughter of James and Elizabeth Atkinson. Ordered that Allin pay court costs and give the items to Sebastian Cropper, to whom the orphans' estate was committed. (Side note: Execution on the order was returned 6 March 1700/01, by Wm. Dennison, subsheriff.).3 He married Rachel Parker, daughter of Peter Parker and Winefred Taylor, circa 1700.4 He made a will on 14 December 1720 at Accomack Co, VA. To son Bowman Cropper land adjcent the land of Edmund Bayly deceased. To son Sebastian land adjcent his brother Bowman. Wife Rachell. Daughter Ester (under 16) - Sons under 21 - Should wife marry friend Henry Satchell & brother in law Samuel Simson to take my two sons under their care. Wife Exec. Witt: John Metcalf, Samuel Simson, Edmund Bowman Cropper, Michael Ward. (NOTE: Evidently his wife was Rachel Parker and her sister Sarah Parker had married Samuel Simpson.).5 Sebastian died before March 1720/21 at Accomack Co, VA.5

He married Mary Selby, daughter of Daniel Selby and Mary Parker, on 5 April 1720.2 On 4 Jul 1732 he took oath as justice of Accomack County.2 William deeded land as a gift in 1745 at Accomack Co, VA. It was on this date that William Andrews gave 130 acres of Whitelaw's tract A126 to his daughter Leah, the wife of James Pettigrew. It was the east end of the land along the bayside road. After the death of Pettigrew in 1772, Leah gave this land to her son John, and 5 years later he and wife Anne sold it, along with some other acreage, to Nathaniel L. Savage of Northampton, who by that time had become the owner of the rest of the Andrews land..3 He was security on the administration of an estate on 27 August 1751 at Accomack Co, VA. It was on this date that administration on the estate of Jacob Morgan was granted to Arnold Morgan with William Andrews securities.4 He had a child bound to him on 26 June 1753 at Accomack Parish, Accomack Co, VA. Ordered that Thomas Mualtoe (mulatto) Bastard child of Elizabeth Robinson aged Seventeen Years last May be bound by the Church Wardens of this parish of Accomack till Thirty One years of age to William Andrews Gentleman he giving Security to Perform the conditions of the indenture.5 He made a will on 24 September 1763 at Accomack Co, VA. To wife Mary 1/2 my estate provided she consent that her son William Andrews divide same as he thinks fit, in not to have the 1/3 allowed by law. Balance of estate to Ishmeal Mason, alias Ishmael Andrews, the child that was charged to my son by the oath of his now wife before he was married to her. Son William Extr. Witt: Geore Scott, Ann Scott and Rachel Bundick. Codicil: Should Ishmael Mason, alias Ishmael Andrews, die without issue my son William to have the estate given the said Ishmael. Same witnesses..2,6 William died in November 1763.2,6 William's will was probated on 29 November 1763 at Accomack Co, VA.2,6

Simpson, daughter of Reuben Senr., $150 within 12 months. The land was where Reuben Junr. now lives, originally 45 acres, but now only 36 acres, bounded on the northwest by Edmund Parks, on the northeast by William Powell, on the east by James Taylor, on the southeast by James Davis and on the southwest by George P.
