It appears to the court that William Elliott, a revolutionay soldier made his declaration before this court as required by the War Department on 1 Aug 1832 in order to effect the benefits of the Act of 7 Jun 1832. William Elliott was a resident of this county and died on 23 Sep 1836, left a widow Anzele Elliott and she died on 7 Oct 1841 and left one child Anzele Wallace who still survives.
