She evidently died before 24 Feb 1834 when it was recorded that Charles Belote, Sally Gardner, wife of William Gardner, Jr., Nancy Elliott, wife of George Elliott, and John Elliott (Belote?) are the only heirs at law of William Belote, a soldier in the Rev. War. (NOTE: Sally Gardner, Nancy Elliott & John Elliott (Belote?) were her children.).¹
