Norman was born on 18 February 1887 at Accomack Co, VA.1 He was the son of Asa James 'Little Ase' Bundick and Carrie Lee Lewis. He married Carrie Marvin Hickman on 29 September 1908.2 Norman lived at Nelsonia, Acc Co, VA. Norman died on 12 March 1973 at Accomack Co, VA, at age 86. Norman Bundick attended school at Modest Town as a boy, but went to high school at Margaret Academy in Onancock. He finished high school at Windsor Academy, Suffolk, VA, and attended Richmond College for a few years. He returned to Nelsonia and became a partner with his father in the mercantile business there. He built a barrel manufacturing business behind his father's store circa 1910. He and his family lived in his father's former home in Nelsonia, after his father moved across the road, until 1922, when he built a larger home on the north side of Nelsonia about one mile from Nelsonia (present home of Thomas B. Dix). At this time he also became an extensive land owner and "one of the most successful business men in Accomack County. He joined the the Modest Town Baptist Church in 1905 and served the church as deacon, trustee and treasurer. Circa 1950 he established perpetual care for the cemetery there. He had his parents and grandparents moved from the family plot in Nelsonia to Modest Town Church Cemetery in 1959..3 His body was interred at Modest Town Ch Cem, Acc Co, VA.4

After his marriage, Washington Lee Trader and his wife lived with her parents for a time and their first child was born there. The next two children were born in a house along the Hallwood-Skin Point road. In 1896, Washington Trader quit the water and farmed with his father on the Henry Wessells farm at Messongo. In January 1900, the family moved to a farm near Withams where their youngest child was born. In 1910, another move was made into a new house at Oak Hall. Washington Trader became the agent for the Eastern Shore Exchange at Lecato Station, a position he held until his retirement in 1930. Mr. W.L. Trader, aged 70 years, died at his home at Oak Hall on 15 Oct 1933. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Hillman and Fletcher, with burial in Downing's Cemetery. Survivors included a wife, 2 daughters, 2 sons, 2 sisters and 1 brother, all of who were listed (E.S. News, 20 Oct 1933). After his death his wife lived on in the house at Oak Hall until she died. Washington was born on 12 October 1864 at Accomack Co, VA.2 He was the son of Thomas Columbus Trader and Sarah Jane Marshall. He was listed as a resident in the census report in 1870 at Accomack Co, VA.1 Washington was employed at as a Waterman. He married Mary Burnetta Hurley on 8 October 1884 at Accomack Co, VA.3 Washington was living in 1915 at Oak Hall, Acc Co, VA.4 Washington died on 15 October 1933 at Oak Hall, Acc Co, VA, at age 69.5 His body was interred at Downing's Cem, Oak Hall, Acc Co, VA.6
