     Bagwell was born circa 1700. Bagwell died in April 1751.¹ Bagwell's estate was administered on 30 April 1751 at Accomack Co, VA. It was on this date that William Jackson was named to settle the estate of Bagwell Bayly. William Sharpley & William Conquest were the securities.      (d|o_Rich_II) was born circa 1672 at Accomack Co, VA. She was the daughter of Maj. Richard Bayly (II) and Mary Jones. She married Alexander (7) West circa 1700. It is assumed that since Richard Bayly left land to Scarburgh West along with many other grandchildren, that Scarburgh West would have also been a grandchild (but it was not stated in Richard's will that Scarburgh was a grandson). This would seem to be the only reason to leave anything to Scarburgh West and this would be consistent with his other bequeaths..¹ (d|o_Rich_II) died before 19 April 1726. It is assumed that she died before her father wrote his will, since she was not named, but Scarburgh West was named in the will of Richard Bayly, along with many other grandchildren..¹
