To daughter Sarah Scarburgh and for want of heirs to be equally divided between my other children. Land at Pungoteague to my 3 sons Henry, Bennett & George Scarburgh. Balance of estate to wife (no name) during her widowhood "without her committing ---" (Not completed).6 Henry died in June 1770.6 Henry's will was probated on 26 June 1770 at Accomack Co, VA. At probate the above will was presented together with another writing dated 21 Apr 1764 and signed by the decedent, which being set aside the said within writing is adjudged by the Court to be the will of the said decedent.
