Ralph was born circa 1764 at Accomack Co, VA. He was the son of Robert Jenkins and Mary Ann (-----). Ralph was named in his father's will circa 1776 at Accomack Co, VA.1 Ralph bought land in 1786 at Accomack Co, VA.
