He was shown as a son Daniel and was named as one of the Extrs. in the will of Richard Rogers Sr., wife Mary..1 He made a will on 12 October 1751 at Accomack Co, VA. To wife Hannah whole estate during her widow Daughter Elizabeth Rodgers. To son James land where I now live on this side of a little branch after his mother's death or marriage, also 12 1/2 acres on Cedar Island, & for want of issue to my son John Rodgers. To son Zerobabel Rodgers land on the West side of the branch at his mother's death or marriage, also 12 1/2 acres on Cedar Island, & for want of heirs to my son Thomas Rodgers. To son John. To son Thomas. Bal. of estate to be divided between my 5 children (sons under age) Wife & sons James & Zerobabel Exrs. Witt: Robert Wale, Luke Lucar, Mary Rodgers..3 Daniel died in March 1752.3 Daniel's will was probated on 31 March 1752 at Accomack Co, VA.3
