Makemie's will was probated on 28 June 1768 at Accomack Co, VA.1 Makemie died in 1768.1

In his will, written 7 Aug 1773, Makemie Boggs named a wife Jean and a son William. To wife Jean whole estate during her widowhood then to my son William Boggs, and for want of heirs all the estate that came by my wife Jean to go to John Smith, Shipcarpenter. Wife Jean and John Arlenton executors. Witnesses were William Crowson, William Parker and Revil Custis (Acc Co Wills &c., 1772-77, p. 131). Makemie was born circa 1740 at Accomack Co, VA. He was the son of Makemie Boggs (I). He married Jean (-----) circa 1765.2 Makemie was living on 7 May 1767 at Accomack Co, VA.1 Makemie died in 1774.3 Makemie's will was probated on 26 October 1774 at Accomack Co, VA.3

In her will, written 10 Jan 1768, Susanna Smith named a son George and brothers William and "Mackemi" Boggs. To son George Smith whole estate execpt clothing, and for want of heirs to those that bring him up. Executors were brothers William and "Mackemi" Boggs and to bring up my son.
