     In his will, written 7 May 1767, "Mackemie" Boggs mentioned a wife, but not by name. He named sons Robert, "Mackemie" and William and daughters Sarah, Susanna and Betty, and a grandson George Smith (under 21). Wife to have use of my land during her life, and then to my son "Mackemie" Boggs, provided he never marry an own cousin, and in the event he do then to my son William Boggs. Daughters Sarah, Susanna and Betty residual legatees. Wife and son William executors. Witnesses were Edward Parker, William Parker and William Smith. In order of probate Robert Boggs heir at law to the testator and Sarah and William Boggs qualified (Acc Co Wills &c., 1767-72, p. 183). Makemie was born circa 1700.      In his will, written 7 Aug 1773, Makemie Boggs named a wife Jean and a son William.      In her will, written 10 Jan 1768, Susanna Smith named a son George and brothers William and "Mackemi" Boggs. To son George Smith whole estate execpt clothing, and for want of heirs to those that bring him up. Executors were brothers William and "Mackemi" Boggs and to bring up my son. Witnesses were John Boggs and William Smith (Acc Co Wills &c., 1767-72, p. 131). Susanna was born circa 1735 at Accomack Co, VA. She was the daughter of Makemie Boggs (I). She married (-----) Smith circa 1755.² Susanna was living on 7 May 1767 at Accomack Co, VA.¹ Susanna's will was probated on 25 February 1768 at Accomack Co, VA.³ Susanna died in 1768.³
