     Phillip was born circa 1704 at Accomack Co, VA. He would had to have been at least 21 years old when he bought land in 1730.. He was the son of Phillip (9) Fisher II and Elizabeth (-----). Phillip was named in his father's will on 17 February 1709 at Accomack Co, VA.2 He married Marthew (-----) circa 1725 at Accomack Co, VA. Philip Fisher bought land with wife Marthew in 1730..3 Phillip bought land in 1730 at Accomack Co, VA. It was in this year that this Phillip Fisher bought part of Whitelaw's tract A139 from John and Rachel Wimbrough..4 Phillip deeded land as a gift in 1763 at Accomack Co, VA. It was in this year that Phillip Fisher gave 50 acres at the south end of his land, which was part of Whitelaw's tract A139, to his son Roberson Fisher..4 He made a will on 18 March 1786 at Accomack Co, VA. He named a wife Marthew; sons George, John and Robertson Fisher; daughters Sarah Sharply, Nancy Fisher, Lisey Walker and Comfort Mears; and grandsons George Fisher and Major Copes. His wife Marthew got the plantation where he lived during her widowhood, with revision to son Geroge Fisher during his life and then to his grandson George Fisher, son of the afordsaid George. Balance of the estate to wife for life and then to children and grandson, viz: John Fisher, Robertson Fisher, Sarah Sharply, Nancy Fisher, Lisey Walker, Comfort Mears and grandson Major Copes. William Walker executor. Witnesses were John Burton, Mary Burton and Margaret Burton..5 Phillip died in 1794 at Accomack Co, VA.5 Phillip's will was probated on 27 May 1794 at Accomack Co, VA.5
