     Phillip was born circa 1704 at Accomack Co, VA. He would had to have been at least 21 years old when he bought land in 1730.. He was the son of Phillip (9) Fisher II and Elizabeth (-----). Phillip was named in his father's will on 17 February 1709 at Accomack Co, VA.² He married Marthew (-----) circa 1725 at Accomack Co, VA. Philip Fisher bought land with wife Marthew in 1730..³ Phillip bought land in 1730 at Accomack Co, VA. It was in this year that this Phillip Fisher bought part of Whitelaw's tract A139 from John and Rachel Wimbrough..⁴ Phillip deeded land as a gift in 1763 at Accomack Co, VA. It was in this year that Phillip Fisher gave 50 acres at the south end of his land, which was part of Whitelaw's tract A139, to his son Roberson Fisher..⁴ He made a will on 18 March 1786 at Accomack Co, VA. He named a wife Marthew; sons George, John and Robertson Fisher; daughters Sarah Sharply, Nancy Fisher, Lisey Walker and Comfort Mears; and grandsons George Fisher and Major Copes. His wife Marthew got the plantation where he lived during her widowhood, with revision to son Geroge Fisher during his life and then to his grandson George Fisher, son of the afordsaid George. Balance of the estate to wife for life and then to children and grandson, viz: John Fisher, Robertson Fisher, Sarah Sharply, Nancy Fisher, Lisey Walker, Comfort Mears and grandson Major Copes.      George was born circa 1752. He was the son of Phillip (40) Fisher III and Marthew (-----). George was named in his father's will on 18 March 1786 at Accomack Co, VA.² He made a will on 3 December 1807 at Accomack Co, VA. Plantation to be equally divided between two sons: George Fisher and Riley Fisher. To Comfort Taylor one bed and bolster, after her decease to George Fisher and his daughter Betsy Fisher.      Nancy was born circa 1762 at Accomack Co, VA. She was the daughter of Phillip (40) Fisher III and Marthew (-----). Nancy was named in her father's will on 18 March 1786 at Accomack Co, VA. It was on this date that she was named in her father Philip Fisher's will as Nanney and as Nancy Fisher. She was evidently still unmarried at this time..² She married William Dillon on 4 June 1798 at Northampton Co, VA. Arthur Roberts was the security on the M.L.B. of William Dillon and Nancy Fisher.      John was born circa 1756 at Accomack Co, VA. He was the son of Phillip (40) Fisher III and Marthew (-----). John was named in his father's will on 18 March 1786 at Accomack Co, VA.²

     Robinson was born circa 1745 at Accomack Co, VA. He was the son of Phillip (40) Fisher III and Marthew (-----). Robinson received land as a gift in 1763 at Accomack Co, VA. It was in this year that Phillip Fisher gave part of Whitelaw's tract A139 to his son Roberson..² He married Anne (-----) before 1767 at Accomack Co, VA.³ Robinson sold land in 1767 at Accomack Co, VA.      On 29 Dec 1794 William Walker's estate was administered to Elizabeth Walker. George Fisher, Edmund Powell and William Hickman were securities (Acc Co Orders, 1793-96, p. 266). In his will, written 22 Aug 1794 and probated 29 Dec 1794, William Walker named a wife (in probate) Elizabeth Walker; sons John, Southy, Littleton and William Walker; and daughters Elizabeth, Comfort and Nancy Walker.      John was born circa 1722 at Accomack Co, VA. He was the son of John (37) Fisher and Elizabeth Roberts. He married Mary (-----) circa 1742.² He made a will on 12 May 1764 at Accomack Co, VA. He named a wife Mary, a daughter Susannah Phillips, and grandsons Charles Phillips and James Fisher. He left his wife the balance of his estate for life. Daughter Susannah got 1/2 of his land and marsh for life, reversion to my grandson Charles Phillips.
