She married Robert Bell circa 1705 at Accomack Co, VA.2 Tabitha was named in her father's will on 21 May 1711 at Accomack Co, VA. She was named as daughter Tabitha and given only 1 shilling. It was noted that she having had her part of the estate of Col. Edmond Scarburgh..1 She made a will on 30 November 1713 at Accomack Co, VA. To my mother, brother Edmund Scarburgh Jr., brother Michaell Scarburgh. To sister Elizabeth Duey. Sister Sarah Scarburgh. Cousin Beautyfiler Duey. Sister Mary, now the wife of William Major and sister Matilda, wife of Jacob Duey 250 acres in Northampton on the north side of the head of Nuswadox Creek. Sister Edmund Memore, now wife of Morris Shepheard. Sister Matilda Duey Executrix. Witt: John Metcalfe, Edmund Bayly and John Hall..2 Tabitha died in December 1713.2 Tabitha's will was probated on 6 January 1714 at Accomack Co, VA.2

To son Charles Bayley 959 1/2 acres on Pungoteague Creek known as Yeo's Neck which Hon. Charles Scarburgh bought of Justinian Yeo. Daughters Elizabeth & Edith Bayly. My 1/2 of the Court House land containing 225 acres to be sold for eduction of children. Wife Mary residual legatee & Extr. Capt. John Bradhurst, Richard Kitson, Arthur Upshur & John Purnall or any three of them trustees. Witt: William Finne, John Stott. All children under age..4 Charles died in 1716.5 Charles's will was probated on 3 July 1716 at Accomack Co, VA. At probate Mary Bayley, wife of Charles, objects to the clause devising 959 1/2 acres, stating that she was possessed of same before her marriage with the said Charles, and was and still is possessed of an estate of inheritance in fee simple, and which said Charles without her consent devised to her son Charles.
