     A Thomas Gray's estate was administered to his widow Tabitha Gray on 7 Aug 1728 (Acc Co Orders, 1724-31, p. 116). A Tabitha Gray was named as a cousin of Geo. Ewell in his will written 24 Apr 1728 and probated 7 May 1728 (Acc Co Wills, Deeds & c, 1715-1729, Vol ii, p. 210). A Tabitha Gray was named has a daughter of John Melson in his will written 30 Dec 1736 and probated 3 Aug 1737 (Acc Co Deeds & Wills, 1729-37, vol ii, p. 115). In her will written 15 Oct 1752, Tabitha Ingerson named sons Solomon Gray, Samuel Ingerson and Thomas Tatham (none were specified as under age) and daughters Mary Ann Gray and Tabitha Kelly. Mary Ann Gray and Samuel Ingerson were to pay Sarah Drummond 1 lb of wool and Creshey Smith 3 shillings in linnen. The executor was Thomas Ryley. Witnessess were John Lewis, Elizabeth, and Solomon Gladding (Acc Co Wills, 1752-1757, p. 163). A Thomas Riley was also named in her father, John Melson's, will of 1736.      Mary was born on 4 April 1848 at Bastrop, Morehouse, LA.² She was the daughter of Henry R. Gray and Alethea Rebecca Murray. She was listed as a resident in the census report in 1860 at St. George Parish, Acc Co, VA.¹ She married William Ford Winons on 2 October 1879.³ Mary died in 1908.²

     William was born circa 1845. He married Mary Elizabeth A. Gray on 2 October 1879.¹

     Rachel was born circa 1765 at Accomack Co, VA. She was the daughter of Richard Hinman and Hannah (-----). Rachel was living on 8 January 1774 at Accomack Co, VA.¹ She married Thomas R. Gray (I) circa 1785.² Rachel died circa 1824.³

     William was born circa 1765 at Accomack Co, VA. He married Sarah 'Sally' Gray on 10 February 1789 at Accomack Co, VA.¹

     In his will, written 1 Feb 1720, Edmund Tatham named a son James and daughters Tabitha, Comfort, Sarah and Ann Tatham. He left his wife his whole estate during her widowhood and then to his son James the plantation where I now live containing 200 acres. Ann, Comfort and Sarah were residual legatees. Son James Tatham was the executor. Witnesses were Robert Snead, John Drummond and Richard Drummond (Acc Co Wills, Deeds & c., 1715-29, vol. i, p. 510). Edmund was born circa 1680. He married Tabitha Melson circa 1700.¹ Edmund died in 1723.² Edmund's will was probated on 3 December 1723 at Accomack Co, VA.²

     In his will, written 24 Apr 1728, George Ewell left the use of 1/2 of his Hunting Creek plantation to his cousin Tabitha Gray for life and then the whole to Thomas Tatham whom I now keep at school to William Willson (Acc Co Wills, Deeds &c, 1715-1729, vol. ii, p. 210). Thomas was born after 1720 at Accomack Co, VA. He was the son of Edmund Tatham and Tabitha Melson. Thomas was living in 1728 at school.

     Mary was either a sister to James Ewell (d.t. 1703) or a sister to his wife Ann, as James Ewell's son, George, named a cousin Tabitha Gray in his will of 1728. Tabitha was a daughter of Mary and John Melson, named in John's will of 1736. Mary was born circa 1640. She was the daughter of Edward Ewell and Ann Eden.      In his will, written 29 Mar 1759, Richard Sanders named a wife Rachel, daughters Keesier Sparrow and Catherine Ingerson; and grandaughter Rachel Bundick. Wife and 2 daughters were residual legatees. Wife Rachel, John Sparrow and Samuel Ingerson were Executors. Witnessess were William Young, Rachel Bundick, and Robert Jones (Acc Co Wills&c, 1757-61, p. 126). Richard was born circa 1700. He married Rachel (-----) circa 1720.¹ Richard died in April 1759.² Richard's will was probated on 24 April 1759 at Accomack Co, VA.²

     In her will, written 2 Nov 1766, Rachel Saunders named daughters Keziah Sparrow and Catherine Ingerson. Each were to have items for life with revision to their children. The 2 daughters were residual legatees. Sons-in-law John Sparrow and Samuel Ingerson were the executors.
