Land to be divided between my two sons, William & Charles Kelly, reversion to my grand sons Timothy & Stephen Kelly. To daughter Kettey Kelly. To wife Sophia Kelly balance of estate for life & then "the 3 children that is now with me to have as much of the moveables as them that is gone from me, Isaiah Kelly & Anne Kelly, and the remainder to be equally divided between them all five children" - Wife & son William Exrs. - Witt: Robert Rodgers, Dorothy Rodgers..² Timothy died in 1782.³ Timothy's will was probated in 1782 at Accomack Co, VA. Hinman, Mary Kelly, Keziah Hinman; grandchildren Tabitha and Thomas Churn; and a goddaughter Anne Fitchett. To daughter Tabitha 1/2 of land where I now live and 1/2 of marsh on Guilford Creek. To wife Tabitha the remaining 1/2 of land and marsh for life, reversion to daughter Mary Kelly. George Clayton Hinman to have a road along the creek out. To daughter Keziah Hinman all marsh in Fishers Marshes and Nock's Marshes. To goddaughter Anne Fitchett 100 acres bought of Lishe Elliot lying in Sussex County. Executor was George Clayton Hinman. Witnesses were William Young Jr., Clemmons Free, and Richard Hinman (Acc Co Wills &c. 1784-87, p. 20).
