     It is ordered to be certified that Tully Clark a soldier in the Revolutionary Army died intestate x x x x and that John C. Hall, Mary Ann Hall, Eliza Hall, John Hall, Solomon West and James West are his only heirs at law (Acc Co Orders 1832-1836, p. 28, 27 Sep 1832). This could imply several options. Tully Clark could have been the father of Polly, who married Geroge Hall, and another daughter, who married a West and had sons Solomon and James, or Tully Clark could have been a brother of Polly and her sister who married a West. I am showing him as the father until I can prove differently. Tully was born circa 1740. Tully was a member of the armed forces serving at the Revolution, Army.¹ Tully died before 1832 at Accomack Co, VA.¹
