     Elizabeth was born circa 1696. She was the daughter of John Lewis (III) and Elizabeth Melson. She married Benjamin West circa 1710.² She married Arthur Barnes circa 1715.¹

     Abigail was born circa 1698. She was the daughter of John Lewis (III) and Elizabeth Melson.

     Milby was born circa 1742 at Accomack Co, VA. He was the son of Samuel Russell and Mary Milby. Milby was named in his father's will on 10 July 1757 at Accomack Co, VA. He was shown as a son Milby Russell and named Extr. in the will of Samuel Russell..¹

     Rodolphus was born circa 1722. He was the son of William Lewis II and Amey (Turnall?) Tunnell. He married Scarborough Ewell circa 1760.¹ Rodolphus died in 1804.¹
