     Mr. Horace T. Trader of Deep Creek Rd., Newport News, VA, died on 6 May 1963, aged 80 years. He was the son of Mr. & Mrs. Parker Trader, born at Sanford. He was buried in the Corbin Cemetery beside his wife, Miss Matilda Bonawell of Saxis. Survivors were listed (Pen. Ent., 9 May 1963). Contrary to this obituary, he and his wife are buried in the Lewis Cemetery near Shad Landing Road at Sanford. Perhaps they were moved from the Corbin Cemetery to the Lewis Cemetery at a later date. Horace was born in 1882 at Accomack Co, VA.2 He was the son of Littleton Parker Trader and Sarah W. Stokes. Conflicting evidence states that Horace was born on 23 June 1883.3 Horace was on the in 1900 roll of the at Meth Ch, Sanford, Acc Co, VA.4 He married Matilda E. 'Tillie' Bonnewell on 13 January 1904 at Sanford, Acc Co, VA.1 Horace was living in 1945.5 Horace died on 6 May 1963 at Newport News, VA.6 His body was interred at Lewis Cem, Shad Landing Rd, Sanford, Acc Co, VA.2

There is a conflict in Acc birth records for Sewell James Linton, one shows 15 Sep 1871 and another shows 15 Sep 1870. Sewell Linton, little son of John Linton, broke his collar bone while playing (Pen. Ent., 21 Feb 1885). Mr. Sewell James Linton died at Saxis on 26 Dec 1942, aged 72 years, survivors, including two wives (Virginia Lewis duaghter of Revel James and Virginia Lewis and Manie Marshall daughter of Louis and Rodell Crockett), were listed (Pen. Ent., 8 Jan 1943). Although his obituary states he was survived by both wives, the tombstone of his first wife, Virginia E., shows she died in 1926. Mr. Sewell James Linton died at his home, he had been ill about 6 months. Services were at the Pilgrim Holiness Church on 27 Dec conducted by Rev. R.F. Bryan, with burial in the family lot. He was aged 72 years and was born 25 Sep 1870 at Saxis, where he lived his entire life. He was a member of the Saxis Methodist Church. Survivors were listed (E.S. News, 8 Jan 1943). Sewell was born on 15 September 1870 at Saxis, Acc Co, VA.1 He was the son of John W. Linton and Margaret Jane Wessells. He was listed as a resident in the census report in 1880 at Accomack Co, VA.3 He married Virginia E. Lewis on 23 July 1890 at Accomack Co, VA.4 He was listed as a resident in the census report in 1900 at Saxis, Acc Co, VA.5 He married Manie E. Crockett on 15 January 1928 at Sanford, Acc Co, VA.6 Sewell died on 26 December 1942 at Saxis, Acc Co, VA, at age 72.2 His body was interred at Linton South Cem, Saxis, Acc Co, VA.7
