Her 1899 Somerset Co marriage record indicated that she was 21 years old, b.c. 1878. Mrs. Alnedda Susan Linton, widow of Gilbert William Linton, of Saxis, died at the Acc Co nursing home on 5 Jan 1960, aged 76 years (b.c. 1884). She was the daughter of William and Missouri Rhodes, a lifelong resident of Saxis. Survivors were listed (Pen. Ent., 7 Jan 1960). Linton, son of Mrs. Grace L. Linton of Saxis, was recently wounded in the European area (Pen. Ent., 12 Jan 1945). Robert was a member of the armed forces serving at US Army, PFC, World War II.² Robert was born on 10 September 1919 at Accomack Co, VA.³ He was the son of Robert Lee Linton Sr. and Lola Grace Trader. Borden was born on 16 May 1893 at Accomack Co, VA.¹ He was the son of John Wesley Justice and Mary Catherine Wilkerson.      Mr. Eldridge Justice of the US Coast Guard is visiting Mr. & Mrs. Elton Lewis at Saxis (Pen. Ent., 19 Mar 1943). Saxis welcomes Seaman 1st Class Olen E. Justice back after serving with our armed forces overseas. Eldridge was in 4 invasions. He also recieved the purple heart. He is the grandson of Mrs. Rachel Linton of Saxis (Pen. Ent., 8 Dec 1944). Olen was a member of the armed forces serving at US Coast Guard, World War II.² Olen was born on 11 August 1913 at Saxis, Acc Co, VA.¹ He was the son of Borden Franklin Justice and Rose Isabella 'Rosie' Linton.
