     John was born on 14 March 1833 at Accomack Co, VA.³ He was the son of Erastus Poulson and Tryphemia Dix. John was listed with his parents in the census of in 1850 at Accomack Parish, Acc Co, VA. He was shown as John E. Poulson, a 17 year old laborer in HH#946 headed by Erastus Poulson, a 63 year old teacher with real estate valued at $700..¹ He married Mary Elizabeth Killmon on 31 January 1859 at Accomack Co, VA. He was shown as John E. Poulson and she as Mary E. Killman, the daughter of Erastus, but Samuel Kilman gave consent for his daughter Mary E. Killman. (Note: John was the son of Erastus Poulson.)      Conflicting evidence states that Vivian was born on 7 January 1893.¹ Vivian was born on 7 January 1894 at Sanford, Acc Co, VA.² She was the daughter of Jefferson Davis Mears and Luzzetta Woods. She married Lorenzo Howard 'Renzy' Killmon on 2 January 1909 at Pocomoke City, Worcester Co, MD.¹ Vivian died on 1 February 1971 at Pocomoke City, Worcester Co, MD, at age 77.² Her body was interred at Parksley Cem, Acc Co, VA.² Conflicting evidence states that she died on 27 February 1971.¹

Transcribed marriage records for Somerset Co, MD, show her as Eula W. Thomas..² Her body was interred at Liberty Cem, Parksley, Acc Co, VA.³
