Douglas came to Onancock and married Miss Susie Parker, daughter of the late J.W.H. Parker. Mrs. Fletcher died in 1898, there were no children of this union.      Miss Florence Fletcher, daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. James H. Fletcher of Jenkins Bridge and sister of Judge James H. Fletcher, died at the Memorial Hospital. She had lived with her sister Miss Julia Fletcher in Tocoma, WA, for the past 25 years. Survivors were listed, including a brother, William Fletcher of Tocoma, WA (E.S. News, 22 Feb 1929). E. was born on 16 June 1854 at Accomack Co, VA.¹ She was the daughter of James Henry Fletcher Sr. and Elizabeth Ann Broadwater. E. was living in 1920 at Tacoma, WA.² E. died on 21 February 1929 at age 74.¹ Her body was interred at Fletcher Cem, Jenkins Bridge, Acc Co, VA.¹

     Anna was born in 1854 at Accomack Co, VA. She was the daughter of James Henry Fletcher Sr. and Elizabeth Ann Broadwater. She married Thomas Henry Bayly Browne on 5 February 1873 at Accomack Co, VA. He was a 27 year old attorney and she was age 22. Both were born and living in Acc Co. They were married at the residence of James H. Fletcher by Rev. Montcalm Oldham..^2,3 Anna was living in 1920 at Tacoma, WA.¹

     Julia Fletcher, formerly of the Eastern Shore, died on 8 Nov 1931 in Tocoma, WA, and will be brought to Jenkins Bridge tomorrow for burial. She was survived by one sister, Mrs. T.L. Drummond of Cape Charles (E.S. News, 13 Nov 1931). Miss Julia Wallop Fletcher was born and reared in the northern part of this county (Acc) and about 30 years went to Tacoma, Washington with her sister, Miss Florence Fletcher, to live with their brother, Judge John Drummond Fletcher. She identified herself with the life of Tacoma, was a charter member of the Dixie Chapter of Daughters of the Confederacy of Tacoma and also State President of the organization. She was an active member of Christs Church, where her interest and help will be greatly missed. Her remains will be brought here and interment will be in the family burying ground on Holden's Creek, near Jenkins Bridge, at 3:00 o'clock, Saturday afternoon, 14 Nov (obituary, unknown newspaper). Julia was born on 18 April 1856 at Accomack Co, VA.¹ She was the daughter of James Henry Fletcher Sr. and Elizabeth Ann Broadwater. Julia was living in 1920 at Tacoma, WA.² Julia died on 8 November 1931 at Tacoma, WA, at age 75.³ Her body was interred at Fletcher Cem, Jenkins Bridge, Acc Co, VA.¹

     James Henry Fletcher Jr. was Judge of 31st Judical Circut of Virginia (Lower Acc Graves). His common name was James. James was born on 20 May 1858 at Accomack Co, VA.¹ He was the son of James Henry Fletcher Sr. and Elizabeth Ann Broadwater.      Martha was born on 7 August 1860 at Accomack Co, VA.¹ She was the daughter of James Henry Fletcher Sr. and Elizabeth Ann Broadwater. She married Thomas Lowry Drummond circa 1880.² Martha was living in 1940 at Cape Charles, N'hamp Co, VA.³ Martha died on 20 June 1957 at age 96.¹ Her body was interred at Fletcher Cem, Jenkins Bridge, Acc Co, VA.¹

     Mary was born on 7 October 1847 at Accomack Co, VA.¹ She was the daughter of James Henry Fletcher Sr. and Elizabeth Ann Broadwater. Mary was listed with her parents in the census of in 1850 at Accomack Parish, Acc Co, VA. She was shown as Mary E. Fletcher, age 2 in HH#819 headed by James H.      William T. Fletcher of Tacoma, WA, died Wednesday. His remains were brought to Jenkins Bridge, were his funeral is expected to be Monday. Aged 77 years, his was the brother of the late Judge James H. Fletcher, Dr. Frank Fletcher and Judge Drummond Fletcher. Survivors included 4 sisters, but a surviving widow, 3 daughters and 3 sons were not named (E.S. News, 17 May 1940). The 3 surviving daughters and 3 surviving sons were listed (E.S. News, 24 May 1940). William was born on 19 June 1862 at Accomack Co, VA.¹ He was the son of James Henry Fletcher Sr. and Elizabeth Ann Broadwater.
