     Mr. Spencer Drummond Fletcher died at his home in Cape Charles on 27 Aug 1915, aged 84 years. He was reared at Jenkins Bridge and was imprisoned at Eastville during the Civil War. Two wives and children were listed (Acc News, 3 Sep 1915). His tombstone shows he died 28 Aug 1915 and was the son of Dr. Spencer and T.M. Fletcher.
