To son Nathaniel Evans 100 acres adjcent Henry Fletcher & Robert Bayly, & for want of heirs to my son Arthur Evans, & for want of heirs to my son Littleton Evans. To son Nathaniel 25 acres of marsh in McKeels Neck. To wife Anne Mary Evans personal estate & plantation where I live during her widow Wife Exec. To son Levin Evans (under 21) plantation where I now live except the 100 acres given my son Nathaniel, & 25 acres of marsh in McKeels Neck. To son John 100 acres on the South side of ths Longoes & 50 acres marsh in McKeels Neck. To daughter Aby 60 £ provided she makes her right over to John Wilkins of a certain tract of land containing 25 acres which the said Wilkins now has in possession, & should she refuse to have no right or title to the legacies hereafter mentioned.
