     Parker was born circa 1775. He married (1d|o_Henry) Hall circa 1797.1 Parker died in June 1799.2 Parker's estate was administered on 24 June 1799 at Accomack Co, VA. It was on this date that Henry Hall was named to settle his estate. Jonathan Melson and Major Northam were the securities. Since Henry Hall was the Administrator, it is assumed that Parker West was the husband of Henry's daughter and the father of the grandsons mentioned in Henry Hall's will of 1803: Henry and Benjamin West..2 Parker estate was settled on 30 September 1805 at Accomack Co, VA. There was no date on the audit, but Henry Hall was the Extr. or Admr. Cash was paid to John West. The estate went to Benjamin West and a Negro boy was sold. The auditors were Thomas Fletcher and William Conquest..3

It was on this date that Betsy Northam, wife of William Northam of E., was named as one of the heirs at law of Thomas Fisher, soldier in the Virginia Continental Line in the Revolutionary War..7 Elizabeth died in 1846 at Accomack Co, VA.8 Elizabeth's estate was administered on 30 March 1846 at Accomack Co, VA.
