     Fisher was born circa 1774 at Somerset Co, MD. He was the son of Col. George Dashield Jr. and Rosanna 'Rose' (140) Fisher. Fisher died in 1812. He was a member of the Virginia House of Delegates from 1804-1812 from Nansemond Co., VA. He died in office. (Benjamin J.
