     Mary was born circa 1763. She was the daughter of Maj. Thomas John Marshall and Sarah Darby. Mary was named in her father's will on 13 March 1773 at Dorchester Co, MD.¹ She married John Oram circa 1780.¹ Mary died after 1783. In 1783 she is cited in the household of her brother John Marshall..¹

     Thomas was born circa 1755. He married Sarah 'Sally' Marshall on 26 February 1781. Notes of James H. Marshall: the marriage record describes her as the daughter of Mjr. Thomas Marshall of Northampton Co. (18th Century Virginia Newspapers by Robert K. Headley, Jr., 1987, p. 38). This marriage record sounds similar to one in the Dielman File at the Maryland Historical Society, and this latter record suggests Thomas John as Sarah or Sally's father. Thomas John did name a daughter, Sarah. The Breretons were justices of the peace in Somerset County, MD.

     Esme was born on 3 March 1779 at Worcester Co, MD. He was the son of John Drummond Marshall and Ann 'Nancy' Wailes.

     Elizabeth was born on 2 July 1780 at Coventry Parish, Som Co, MD.² She was the daughter of John Drummond Marshall and Ann 'Nancy' Wailes.

     Mary was born on 19 March 1782 at Worcester Co, MD.² She was the daughter of John Drummond Marshall and Ann 'Nancy' Wailes. She married Samuel R. Smith on 9 June 1802 at Worcester Co, MD. They were shown only as Samuel R. Smith and Mary Marshall..³ Mary died in 1815.²

     Sarah was born on 22 February 1786 at Worcester Co, MD. She was the daughter of John Drummond Marshall and Ann 'Nancy' Wailes. Sarah died after 1809.^2,3

     Robert was born circa 1720 at Northampton Co, VA. He married Elizabeth Marshall on 18 June 1744 at Northampton Co, VA. John Custis was the security on the M.L.B. of Robert Kerby and Elizabeth Marshall, spinster..¹ He married Mary (-----) after 1753.² Robert died before 5 December 1763 at Worcester Co, MD.³

     Mary was born circa 1746 at Northampton Co, VA. She was the daughter of Robert Kerby and Elizabeth Marshall. She made a will on 5 December 1763 at Worcester Co, MD. Mary Kerby named her sister Elizabeth and left her one-half of the estate left to her by her grandfather, John Marshall, deceased of Virginia; if no heirs then to be divided by my three sisters and one brother Sarah, Isabella, Nancy and William Kerby. The other one-half of the estate left by her grandfather and the estate that is due from her father Robert Kerby is to be divided by her three sisters and brother. Rouse Fassitt of Sinapuscem was named executor. Witnesses: John Miller, Comfort Miller and John Postly. Mary Kerby, wife of Robert Kerby deceased, qualified as executor..² Mary died before 8 August 1765 at Worcester Co, MD.²

     Littleton was born circa 1790 at Accomack Co, VA. He was the son of John Mears and Abby (-----). Littleton was named in his father's will on 14 February 1818 at Northampton Co, VA. He was shown as a son Littleton Mears in the will of John Mears, wife Abi (N'hamp WB 35, p. 145).. He made a will on 22 April 1821 at Northampton Co, VA. He was shown as Lidleton Mayers. I give and bequeath unto my beloved mother my messuage or tenements situate lying in Northampton County State Virginia and all my household furniture and appurtenances during her life and after her decease I leave my land and property that she don't make use of to William Meyers and John Meyers. My said beloved Mother Abby Meyers whom I hereby appoint sole executrix of this my last will. Signed with his mark, Lidleton Mayers. Witnesses: William (his mark) Roberts and James W.      Etheridge was born on 20 August 1874 at Pungoteague PO, St.George Parish, Acc Co, VA. He was shown as Ethridge Sturgis, born in Pungoteague Township, the son of Chas. Hill Sturgis, a farmer, and his wife Charlotte. His father gave the information..¹ He was the son of Charles H. Sturgis and Charlotte Elizabeth 'Lottie' Savage. He married Lena Harris on 15 December 1898 at Northampton Co, VA. He was shown as Etheridge Sturgis, a 24 year old farmer, born in Acc Co & living in N'hamp Co, the son of C.H. & Lottie Sturgis and she was shown as Lean Harris, age 21, born in Acc Co & living in N'hamp Co, the daughter of John W. & Mary Harris..² Etheridge died in 1946.³ His body was interred at Mt. Holly Cem, Onancock, Acc Co, VA.³
