Elliott, dec'd, late of N'hamp Co., by the death of their sister Peggy, the said Peggy Elliott being one of the children of Charles Elliott, dec'd, who was own uncle to Jno. T. On 22 Jan 1833 another deed was recorded in N'hamp Co, VA wherein Elizabeth Elliott sells to Thomas R. Joynes, both of Accomack Co, VA, for $157.16 her right, title & interest as one of the distributes and heirs at law of John T. Elliott dec'd late of N'hamp Co and of Margaret Elliott, late of Accomack, in the estate of John T. Elliott, which real estate consists of several different tracts or parcels of land in the county of N'hamp and several lots in Frank Town in said county, and containing in the whole by estimation 1,238 acres more or less and including the reversion in the land heretofore assigned to Mrs. Juliet Elliott, widow of Jno. T. Elliott for her dower. And the interest of Elizabeth Elliott being thirteen-eight hundred & eightieths (13/880) in her own right as one of the children of Charles Elliott dec'd, who was a brother to the father of Jno. T. Elliott, and two elevenths (2/11) of eleven-eight hundred & eightieths (11/880) by descent from her deceased sister Margaret Elliott another child of Charles Elliott. Witt: Levin S. Joynes, Henry P.
