In 1786 Edmund Bradford and his wife Elizabeth disposed of it all, as follows: they sold 100 acres at the south end to Zorobabel Kellam and in 1805 he and his wife Bridget resold to Edmund's son Thomas A. Bradford; Edmund & Elizabeth Bradford gave teh next 200 acres to their son Thomas A. Bradford and they sold the north 200 acres to John B. Upshur..2 Edmond died on 9 July 1789.3
