     Francis was born circa 1680 at Accomack Co, VA. He married Elizabeth Eyre circa 1713.1 He married Tabitha Wise d|o John Wise & Frances Parker ?? circa 1734. He made a will on 18 November 1740 at Accomack Co, VA. To the child my daughter in law goes with, if a son, the plantation his father lived upon, the plantation where I now live & my part of Pamco Island, known as Tobacco Island. To grandaughter Elizabeth Stockly plantation I purchased of Samuel & Henry Rogers. To grandau Ann Stockly plantation at the head of a gut upon Assawoman. To son in law Ezekiel Young (under age) 80 acres that I had of my uncle Joseph Stockly, & for want of heirs to Mary Young. Should the child my daughter in law goes with be a girl then I give the planta at Town where her father lived to my grandaughter Elizabeth Stockly, and the plantation where I now live to my grandau Ann Stockly "and the child my daughter in law goeth with Mary Stockly if a Girl the plantation that I bought of Samuel and Henry Rogers and that plantation at Assawoman" and my part of Pamco Island to my grandauElizabeth Stockly. Wife to have use of the plantation where I now live & the plantation where John Rogers lives, & the profits of 1/2 my part of Pamco Island for life. To Mary Stockly, widow of Eyre Stockly, the use of my planta at Town during her widow & the use of 1/2 my part of Pamco Island. To George Green, son of John Green, deceased land lying over the Slash that Phillip Hargas lives on and where his father lived, provided Capt. John Bagwell makes over to me or the grandchild to whom the plantation where I live will belong, 25 acres adjcent the land I bought of Robert Carruthers. Young (1814 - 1884) was a doctor at Accomac for many years (Whitelaw, p. 999)..
