     Agnes was born circa 1745. She married Henry (67C) Trader (IV) before 5 April 1771. It was on this date that Henry Trader and wife Agnes sold land to William McClemmy (Som Deeds E., p. 142).. Agnes died before 12 December 1772. It was on this date that Henry, of Worcester County, sold this to John Nelms £65 (Som Deeds E., p. 219). Since a wife did not cosign this deed, it is apparent that Henry Trader had lost his first wife Agness, whose maiden name in unknown, between the spring of 1771 and the end of 1772..

     Elizabeth was born circa 1750. She married Henry (67C) Trader (IV) in 1773. On 8 Nov 1769, Isaiah Smith had sold to Elizabeth Smith 50 acres called Pea Patch in Wicomico Forrest, Worcester Co, MD. On 5 May 1773, Henry Trader, of Worcester Co, and wife Elizabeth Trader sold the same land to Peter Gordy (Wor Deeds I, p. 255). These deeds show that Henry Trader had married (2) Elizabeth Smith by the spring of 1773.. She made a will on 17 August 1796 at Worcester Co, MD. She left land to sons Henry Trader, Joshua Trader and Purnell Trader. She also named daughters as Sarah Trader and Amella Johnson. Purnell Johnson, Esquire, was made executor.. Elizabeth died in 1798. Elizabeth's will was probated on 15 October 1798.

It was in this year that Joseph Staton bought 200 acres from Richard Lee. No disposition by him was found, but it is believed that a son Warrington Staton inherited, as in 1761 he (wife Catherine) left to a son Joseph. In 1789 Joseph & Scarburgh Staten sold the 200 acres to Jabez Pitt, Attorney..3 He married Susannah Warrington circa 1715 at Accomack Co, VA.4 Joseph died in 1724.1

When Richard Armitrader's will was probated on 25 Mar 1775, William Knock, son & heir at law of Rose Knock, dec'd, a daughter & co heir of the said testator, being present and had nothing to object. This would also imply that he was at least age 21 at the time or he would have had a guardian represent him..3 William was named in his father's will on 7 July 1765 at Accomack Co, VA.
