To daughter Sally Chandler Negro girl Leah now in her possession. To son John Bull the plantation I now live on & the further quantity of 70 acres which is part of the land known as Doufield adjoining the main road & John Hargis & Mathias Outten on the north & Ebern Bird on the east. To daughter Sally Chandler the balance of the land containing 133 acres, but if she has no other issue beside her daughter Betsy, then I give the land to granddaughter Betsey Bonewell after the death of her mother. To daughter Sally Chandler & son John Bull my personal estate except my 4 Negro men. To friend William Gibb the land that was given me by George Hay.
